This time visitors could see what hides. A varied interactive programme was prepared for them by the Department of Medical B the Fingerland Department of Pathology, the Department of Anatomy, the Department of Pneum Department of Internal Medicine – Haematology and the Department of Medical Biochemistry. The event offered workshops for both young and old, lectures on medical topics and a detec everyone could try out the work of a doctor for real and try to save a patient. This time the theme was the senses and th was held only in the building of the Educational Centre, in the adjacent park and at the D Pneumology on the premises of the University Hospital Hradec Králové. The event was attend visitors who could choose from a programme divided according to senses. Our faculty was al in the programme in Prague, Albertov, where Dr. Petra Kašparová from the Fingerland Depart gave a lecture to a packed auditorium. At the Department of Pneumology, visitors could listen to healthy and diseased lungs, try or measure their blood oxygenation after a run. In the programme of Department of Otorhino Head and Neck Surgery, visitors tested their hearing, looked inside the ear and found out parts work. In the programme of experts from the Department of Ophthalmology, the Department of Medica the Department of Pathological Physiology, visitors learned how both healthy and defective and how basic visual defects can be corrected, they could have their visual perception mea learning about the application of visual potentials or they could have their eyesight exam as a preventive measure. Dr. Tomáš Soukup from the Department of Histology and Embryology lecture to the taste buds and the concept of intuitive eating, which allows us to take car and mental health through food. The Department of Anatomy then focused on the "sixth sense", the human ability to perceive and inside the body, specifically the senses from the musculoskeletal system.
