            • Two weeks before your arrival - send a reminder of the date (working day) when you will

            * Erasmus Intensive Czech Language Courses

            ******************************************************************************************
            The Erasmus Intensive Czech Language Courses (ICLC) [ URL "https://cuni.cz/UKEN-364.html#2
            students who have been selected for an Erasmus+ study/placement and they are free of charg

            The courses start before the beginning of each semester (early September for winter semest
            for summer semester). The classes are every day from morning to afternoon and run for 3 we
            take lessons either online or in person. For details see [ URL "https://ujop.cuni.cz/UJOPE

            COURSE REQUIREMENTS: 90% participation in the course and 60% pass rate in the test - the s
            receives a certificate and 5 ECTS. However, currently the course cannot be reported in the
            Records (recognition of completion and credits depends on the decision of sending institut

            NOTE: In case you choose to attend the course physically, the time you spend here will not
            in the study time frame of your study stay at university. It means you will not be eligibl
            scholarship.

            You can enrol the language course under the code VCESERA11 - Čeština A1.1 intenzivní kurz 
            Language intensive course A1.1 Erasmus+).
            The guarantor of the subject is Mgr. Petra Landergott Kalvínská from ÚJOP. After enrolling

            will receive log in details by ÚJOP directly.
            After completing the first part, you can also enrol the VCESERA12 - Čeština A1.2 Erasmus+ 
            A1.2 Erasmus+). However you have to pass the first part first.

            You can use the Changes to LA of your Learning Agreement to add this subject.

            * After your Arrival

            In Faculty Hospital and Faculty of Medicine


            • The working day you start your clinical practice at the Faculty Hospital, you must be at
              department at 7:00 am (if the Head of the clinic/ secretary does not inform you otherwis

            • On the same or the following day at 1:30 p.m., go to the Faculty of Medicine to see Mrs.
              Pazourková [ URL "https://is.cuni.cz/webapps/whois2/osoba/1120404732483067/?lang=en"] - 
              on the 1st floor (on the right - Deans’ offices), door No. A203 International Relations 

              required documents.

            • In the case that for some serious reason you have to cancel your arrival at the
