            The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is accredited by the European Board & College

            and Gynecology (EBCOG) for education in gynaecology and obstetrics and by the European Ass
            Perinatal Medicine (EAPM) for education in perinatology and fetomaternal medicine.


            In addition to medical care and research activities, the teaching of - medical students - 
            and midwives occupies a special place in the life of the clinic.


            The obstetric part of the clinic is part of the perinatology intensive care centre (one of
            the Czech Republic), which provides care for the most serious pregnancy complications, inc

            births from the 24th week of pregnancy.
            The gynaecological part of the clinic includes a highly specialised centre in oncogynaecol
            centres in the Czech Republic), which provides comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic ca

            with gynaecological malignant tumours.
