Enrollment

General Information

  • The enrollments are planned according to the Schedule of the Academic Year 2021/2022.
  • The electronical enrollment of elective subjects for students of 2nd - 6th year is scheduled from 1. 7. 2021 till 30. 9. 2021. (see guide here)
  • The electronical enrollment of compulsory subjects for students of 2nd - 6th year is scheduled from 23. 8. 2021 till 24. 9. 2021.
  • September 30, 2021 is the last possible day for the enrollment (2nd - 6th year students). You can not be enrolled after this date! Make sure to enrolled on time!

Electronical enrollment manual

1. Personal Data control - check your mobile phone number, bank account number, e-mail, marital status and delivery address (if it´s different from your permanent address).
2. Control of study results from the previous academic year.
3. Register and enrol the elective subjects for both winter and summer semester of the upcomming academic year.
4.Register and enrol the compulsory subjects for both winter and summer semester of the upcomming academic year - only students who completed the requirements of the previous academic year. This is not valid for student with ISP or those, who will apply for ISP.
5. Enrollment completion - once you complete the enrollment in SIS you´ll receive a confirmation from the Study Department about your successful enrollment in the next study segment.
6. Decision about the tuition fee - will be uploaded to SIS once you enrol. This is not valid for ISP students.    

Enrollments of 1st year students

  • New students enrol personally at the predetermined date and time.

Enrollments of 2nd - 5th year students with completed requirements

 
  • Students with completed study requirements for the given academic year enrol electronically via SIS from 23. 8. 2021 till 24. 9. 2021 - see manual here.
  • Students register both compulsory and elective subjects elecronically. The request will be sent from SIS to the Study Department, which will perform a final control and complete student´s enrollment into the next study segment. Students receive confirmation from the Study Department. If your enrollment into the next study segment isn´t comleted within 10 days from sending your request from SIS, contact your study referent.
  • Dentistry students of 4th year, enrolling in to 5th year, enrol the compulsory without the state exam. The state exam will be possible to enrol once all study requirements for the 5th year are completed. You´ll be informed by the Study Department during May 2022 via e-mail. 
  • NOTE: Students enrolling from 1st to 2nd year must provide the medical check-up and hepatitis B vaccination certificate prior to the enrollment. The system won´t allow you to enrol, if you haven´t provided the document to the Study Department yet!

Enrollments of 6th year students

 

  • Students of 5th year General Medicine enrol 5 prestate practices according to the chosen group. Follow the same manual as others here.
  • The Study Department will generate 4 state exams. Students will generate the last state exam themselves, once they receive credits for all prestate practices. Study Department will send an information e-mail during May 2022. 
  • Students, who plan to inquire individual study plan (ISP) + those already in the ISP, enrol physically - see below "Enrollment of 2nd - 5th year ISP students".

Enrollment of 2nd - 5th year ISP students

  • The enrollment must be carried out physically at the Study Department.
  • Students enrolling into the 1st part of ISP have a right to appeal against the decision about the tuition fee, meaning a reduction of the fee by 50%. Students will recieve the appeal form at the Study Department.
  • Students enrolling into the 2nd part of ISP, will recieve the decision about the tuition fee and will pay the full tuition fee.
  • NOTE: Students enrolling from 1st to 2nd year must provide the medical check-up and hepatitis B vaccination certificate prior to the enrollment. The system won´t allow you to enrol any subjects, if you haven´t provided the document to the Study Department!

General Medicine Students

  • MANUAL
1. Students submit an application to the Study department. It must include a reason for splitting the study year + subjects chosen to study in the academic year 2021/2022 and subjects chosen to study in the academic year 2022/2023.
2.Once the application is approved by the Vice-Dean, students need to register in SIS for a date and time for the physical enrollment with their respective study referent.
In SIS click on "Exam dates" and mark "non-study events". Manual here.
3. Check your personal data -  mobile phone number, bank account number, e-mail, marital status and delivery address (if it´s different from your permanent address).
4. Check your study results from the previous academic year.
5. Register and enrol the elective subjects for both winter and summer semester of the upcomming academic year. Manual here.
6. Show up physically at the Study Department for the enrollment on the registered date and time to complete the enrollment.

Dentistry students

  • MANUAL
1. Students submit an application to the Study department. It must include a reason for splitting the study year + subjects chosen to study in the academic year 2021/2022 and subjects chosen to study in the academic year 2022/2023.
2. At the Study Department you need to register for date and time for an ISP consultation, which will take place at the Dentistry clinic. This includes students enrolling into 1st part of ISP and students who successfully completed the 1st part but must ask for a transfer into the new Dentistry program accreditation.
3. Show up physically at the Dentistry clinic on the registered date and time to discuss your ISP.
4. Once the application is approved by the Vice-Dean, students need to register in SIS for a date and time for the physical enrollment with their respective study referent.

Enrollment after study interruption

  • Students, who enroll after interrupting their study, need to contact their respective study referent and arrange a meeting for enrollment, which will be carried out personally at the Study Department.

FAQ

  • I performed the enrollment in SIS, but still am not transfered in the next study segment. What should I do. 
Check, when you´ve sent the request. If 10 days passed since sending the request in SIS, contact your study referent immediately. 
  • I completed the enrollment, but want to change or enrol some electives. Is that possible? 
Yes, changes are possible till 30.9.2021. You can cancel or enrol a new elective subjects by sending and electronical request to your respective study referent till 30. 9. 2021 via email or via the filling office. No changes are possible after this date.
  • I still have an uncompleted subject. What should I do?
If the subject has now prerequisite, you can enrol electronically accoring to manual (the one not for ISP students). You´ll enrol the must enrol the uncomleted subject along with all subjects of the upcomming study year. 
Subjects with a prerequisite follow tha manual for ISP enrollment!
