There is growing demand for stress imaging not only for ischemia testing, but also for valvular and structural heart disease assessment. Its role is highlighted in the latest ESC guidelines on stable angina and results of ISCHEMIA trial well illustrate the importance of risk stratification based on ischemia quantification. In line with other stress imaging modalities stress echocardiography provides accurate analysis of ischemia or viability with the advantage of being a low cost and radiation free method which can be performed with minimal additional staffing or technical requirements.
The two day course is designed for cardiologists and echocardiographers interested in stress imaging, either beginners or experienced stress echo operators. We follow successful structure of 2019 course with lectures and case reading sessions accompanied by live stress echo demonstrations with aim to cover basics and advances in contemporary stress echocardiography.
We are proud to welcome in Hradec Králové the international panel of experienced speakers who will be available to answer your questions on this rapidly developing subject. Hand-outs of their lectures will be available for your future reference, too.
The course should allow you to get deeper insight into the complexity of all aspects of stress echocardiography and give you support with running your local stress echocardiography service for the profit of your patients and referring physicians.
We are indeed looking forward to meeting you in Hradec Králové.
