On April 2, 2025, the 15th annual Job Fair in Medicine took place at the Educational Centre of the Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Králové, located within the University Hospital. The event was organized by the Asociace studentů medicíny.
This year’s fair attracted a record number of participants – a total of 704 students attended. The event also featured the highest number of exhibitors in its history (34 in person), along with a rich academic program, including lectures held in the main lecture hall of the Educational Centre.
The special guests of this year’s event were Professor Jan Pirk, who shared his insights into the field of cardiac surgery, and Dr. Kateřina Javorská, who introduced attendees to the world of general practice. We sincerely thank both speakers for their inspiring contributions!
A major highlight was the raffle, which this year offered the most valuable prizes in the fair’s history. We are grateful to all the exhibitors and sponsors who contributed. A special thanks goes to the University Hospital Hradec Králové, thanks to whom student winners took home an iPhone 16 and two sets of AirPods.
We consider this year’s edition a great success and are already looking forward to the next one, scheduled to take place on April 1, 2026.
