Mobility Night
2026
On Thursday, 15 October, the 5th edition of Mobility Night took place at our faculty, bringing together nearly 60 students. Throughout the evening, they had the opportunity to learn about international mobility opportunities during their studies and hear first-hand experiences from fellow students who had already completed a stay abroad.
Participants learned more about the Erasmus+ programme, IFMSA internships and research opportunities at Mayo Clinic in the USA. Through presentations, students got a glimpse of what studying and training abroad is like in countries such as Germany, Portugal (Madeira), the USA and Panama. The programme also included practical advice from coordinators and personal stories from students, who shared their experiences and recommendations. Another highlight of the evening was a presentation on Ethiopia delivered by prof. MUDr. Jan Harrer, CSc.
The evening concluded with an informal gathering over food and drinks, giving students the chance to chat with coordinators and fellow students and ask any questions they had about international mobility.

2024
On Tuesday 22 October 2024, the 3rd Mobility Night took place in the Column Hall at Na Hradě building. During this event, students learned about the possibilities of foreign exchange within CU MED HK. More than 4 dozen students had the opportunity to listen to presentations on mobility and its funding, as well as the coordinators' recommendations on the best departures. There were also tips from older students who have already gone abroad. On the agenda were Erasmus+ travel, IFMSA internships, CEEPUS, Mayo Clinic internships and 4EU+.
2022
On Thursday, 13 October 2022, the second edition of Mobility Night took place, an event aimed at introducing students to international mobility opportunities within our faculty.
The event was attended by approximately fifty students who came to hear presentations and presentations on mobility and funding, recommendations from coordinators on the best trips to take, and the experiences and insights of older students who have already gone abroad.
The event also featured the launch of the new CU MED HK Mobility brochure, produced in collaboration between ASM and GZO CU MED HK, which clearly summarises the opportunities for trips within our faculty.
Students also had the opportunity to ask questions about anything they were interested in during the informal part of the evening - at the refreshments served and listening to the accompanying musical performance.
