On Wednesday, May 13, we took part in various sports activities as part of the Rector’s Sports Day. This year, over 260 students and staff members from our faculty and the Faculty of Pharmacy came out to improve their physical fitness and take a break from their studies. Charles University has prepared a series of online lectures to help newly accepted international students get ready for life and studies in Czechia. The course focuses on practical information, student life, wellbeing and adaptation to a new environment. The lectures take place online via Moodle.

On Tuesday, April 14, the 9th annual Run for Life charity run took place in Šimkovy Sady. A total of 202 runners joined the event, and thanks to their support, CZK 25,248 was raised to help little Marek, who needs therapy with a Ukrainian-speaking specialist.
