The first two students from our faculty travelled to the prestigious Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital as part of our new internship programme. An intensive week filled with clinical experience, ward rounds and exposure to advanced cardiology procedures proved to be an extraordinary professional step forward. Their positive feedback is great news for all future participants.

At the end of October, students from Czech and English programs came together for Czech&English Meets, enjoying language practice, cultural exchange, and traditional Czech treats. Building on its success, Board Games Night followed in early November, with games like Dixit and Exploding Kittens sparking creativity, teamwork, and fun.

The next meeting of Czech and international students took place on Thursday, March 6, 2025. Due to high interest, the capacity was increased, and 100 students joined the event. The aim of the event, organized by the Department of Languages in cooperation with IFMSA CZ HK, is to bring both student communities closer together in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
