After completion of your study you will need to obtain confirmation - recognition of professional qualifications in compliance with Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of September 7, 2005.

oficially verified copy of the Diploma
(it is provided in Latin - translation is not required)
oficially verified copy of the Diploma Supplement (previously State Examination Certificate)
(as it is provided in bilingual Czech/English version - translation is not required)
Application form - need to be filled in with capitals and legibly (don't forget to sign it also!)
Passport, ID (its ordinary non-verified copy)
For those who get married and changed family name - it is needed to provide the Marriage Certificate
fee for this confirmation is 500,- CZK - you need a "kolek" - special kind of stamp from any post office and attach it to the application
for this confirmation apply by post - you have to add all the documents specified above (address is provided on the application) or you may leave it at "podatelna" (registry) of the Ministry, see the working hours below
the office does not want to keep the original documents - make sure you provide the verified copies, etc. as specified above
the confirmation will be provided to you by post - please make sure to provide the proper contact address on the application or you can collect it in person (please make a note on the front page of your application, you will be notified later on by email regarding the date of collection)
the confirmation is issued in the Czech language only, therefore, you will have to get the translation

Even though graduated from our Faculty of Medicine but not being citizen of a country belonging to EU and/or EFTA, you will most probably be considered in a different way (e.g. in the U.K. you will be required to do PLAB test first). Details applicable in your case you will have to find out from the particular country where you want to practice medicine or dentistry.
