We are an internal clinic providing outpatient and inpatient medical care with a special focus on: - acute diagnosis and treatment of patients with metabolic and nutritional disorders
- intensive metabolic care
- care of critically ill patients with internal diagnoses and internal complications of surgical and trauma diseases
- provision of patients requiring parenteral and enteral nutrition, especially in complicated situations
- special diagnostics and therapy of metabolic and nutritional diseases (diabetes, obesitology, lipid metabolism disorders)
- diagnosis and treatment of acute conditions in old age
- diagnosis and treatment of internal diseases, with a special focus on internal diseases of old age and premature ageing
- monitoring and treatment of patients after kidney transplantation
- treatment with plasmapheresis and other elimination methods (CVVH, LDL apheresis)
- treatment of patients with intoxications requiring the use of elimination methods (haemoperfusion, haemodialysis)
