Rector’s day

The Rector´s Sports Day
of the Charles University,
which was scheduled
for 12. 05. 2021,
is  cancelled due to the persisting
epidemical situation.

However the rector has decided
to grant a rector’s leave for this day.

Lékařská Fakulta UK Hradec Králové

Lékařská fakulta v Hradci Králové je nejstarší vysoká škola ve východních Čechách. Byla založena 13. října 1945 jako první z lékařských fakult ihned po druhé světové válce a stala se součástí Univerzity Karlovy, nejstarší univerzity ve střední Evropě a na sever od Alp. Univerzita Karlova byla založena v roce 1348 Karlem IV, králem Čech a císařem Svaté říše římské.

Charles University - Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Kralove

The Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Kralove is the oldest institution of higher education in East Bohemia. It was established as the first of the new medical faculties immediately after the end of World War II (October 13, 1945) and became a part of Charles University, the oldest university in Central Europe and north of the Alps.
